A Helper is someone who will be there to 'Help' the players by answering FAQs questions in game.
The most common questions are:

- Where's the stat reset? Job Changer?
- Where's the Quest NPCs?
- What's the best quest item / equipment for (this job)
- Where is the?
- How can i do that?

A Helper can also 'Help' with events.
A Helper can also host an event. But unfortunately, you will need to use your own money for the prize.
Because a Helper GM can't trade with anyone.

Lvl 60 GM - An Event Gm is someone who will Conducting an Event,.

Lvl 50 GM - A Police GM is someone who will be responsible for Abnormal Activities of players like Using All Kinds of 3rd Party Program and Cheats.
